The Colombo Outer Circular Expressway (also known as the Outer Circular Highway, Colombo Inter-provincial Orbital Router, or the Arthur C. Clarke Expressway) is a highway in Colombo, Sri Lanka under construction. Outer Circular Highway (OCH NS II) Section is connected from Kadawatha to Kerawalapitiya to the existing outer circular road network that links the Colombo - Matara Expressway with Colombo - Katunayake                   

Expressway and Proposed Colombo - Kandy Expressway will provide an orbital beltway to bypass the city of Colombo.

Work Scope:

Carrying out of Embankment Work, Surcharge work up to Road pavement structure layer construction including furnishing material, loading and transporting to the Site, paving, shaping, compacting, road pavement construction work, and all miscellaneous works related to finishing the earthwork and incidental road construction at within OCH NSII Project.
